Enter any username and password. Our system will detect if your credentials exist. (This is a profile management system different than ordering Tap Tag products)

If credentials do exist the system will recognize your credentials and offer to pair or add as a new profile on your dashboard.

Pairing profile: If you already made a digital profile for "Johnny Smith" and have 2 Tap Tags that you want to direct to Johnny's profile, then tap each item to see the setup page, login, and select "Pair".

Adding user: If you have a profile for "Johnny Smith" and want to add a second profile for "Harry Holmes" then tap the item, login, and select "Add User:"

If credentials do not exist the system will send you through new account setup to create a new dashboard.

If you have never created a dashboard previously, you will do so now. Once created you may pair or add more profiles to your account.

"Email already exists" message means the system detects your account, but your password is incorrect.
